Majdi Beji’s practice focuses primarily on property law, assisting with development transactions, acquisitions and disposals as well as landlord & tenant matters across residential and commercial properties.
Majdi joined HSM in 2016 as an Articled Clerk. Prior to joining the firm he worked as a Senior Legal Clerk with a Cayman Islands law firm specialising in the corporate/commercial area. He moved to the Cayman Islands in 2006 and has a wide-range of experience in project management, hotel and property management, and real estate. He is fluent in Arabic, English, French and Wolof. Majdi earned a commendation in his Professional Practice Course and also has a Bachelor of Technical Science in Mechanical Engineering. He was called to the Cayman Islands Bar in 2017.
