Kerry-Ann is a Paralegal in our Intellectual Property Practice. She specialises in IP prosecution and, in particular, new filings for a wide-variety of brands and patents.
Kerry-Ann has over 10 years of experience in the legal field. Prior to joining HSM she worked for law firms in Jamaica and Antigua. Kerry-Ann’s IP experience is wide-ranging, with a focus on the preparation and management of intellectual property applications for major IP owners, international law firms and agents from all over the world. Kerry-Ann also has a background in legal administration that supports her keen eye for detail. She has supported conveyancing, corporate and litigation teams with the preparation of legal documents and has experience in coordinating legal matters with the courts, companies registry, intellectual property offices and other institutions.
Kerry-Ann received a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London in 2016. She also attained certifications by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Academy (in IP) and Coursera/West Virginia University (in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination).
