Our dedicated Debt Solutions team has extensive knowledge and experience in debt recovery enabling it to provide clear, sound and timely advice throughout the litigation and enforcement process. Our practice is approached on a unique and commercial basis, namely a flat fee offering. We provide a schedule of charges that apply at various stages of the recovery process, which means the client can predict and limit the amount to be spent at each stage. Should a matter become contested, we will revert to a time-based charge but with estimates and regular reporting so as to keep you, the client, in control of the process. We know the frustration caused by spending large sums of money collecting debts, especially if the recovery process is drawn out, even more so when fees are being accumulated on a time-spent basis.
