Professional Background
Prior to joining HSM, Pete spent nine years working with the Cayman Islands Government Immigration Department (now known as Workforce Opportunities & Residency Cayman). During his tenure, he developed a comprehensive understanding of immigration policy, regulatory framework, and internal government processes. His experience included reviewing and assessing applications, interpreting legislation and liaising with applicants and stakeholders.
